More than 400 employees work for CLIMASTAR in this moment. Among them, more than 50 give direct support to the Internationalization Plans of our Company.
We promote young and stable employment. Our staff's average age is under 30 years old and more than 70% of them rely on the labour stability guaranteed by a personalized individual training and a professional development plan. For this purpose, we own classrooms and labs in our Headquarters that are fully dedicated to our training and test programs.
We seek stable and quality employment by contracting highly qualified and experienced professionals. Over 85% of CLIMASTAR´s employees are graduates and 50% of them has a University degree.

Our aim is to develop a favourable frame for labour relations, based on the equality of opportunities, non-discrimination and respect for diversity policies. We want to promote a safe and healthy environment, facilitating the communication between our staff.
Besides, CLIMASTAR actively promotes and supports a special program for labour risks prevention in which all our employees are involved.
Because safety is an important part of everyone's duties at Climastar we conceive, develop and monitor specific work safe procedures and periodically perform special education and emergency plans.
A Model of Social Integration
CLIMASTAR's working policy includes the integration of disabled people. We cooperate with the Special Center of Employment APTA, an organization that aims the social integration of young people intellectually disabled. Thanks to this agreement, over 50 APTA members currently work in our production lines.
